Congratulations to former Penticton Vees standout Beau Bennett on scoring his first NHL goal Sunday in a 5-3 win over Tampa Bay
Bennett’s power-play goal would stand up as the game-winner, and was setup by none other than Sidney Crosby himself. Neat fact, the last time a Penguins rookie scored his first NHL goal on a 5-on-3 power-play was Kris Letang, also setup by Crosby.
Lots of content that covers Bennett’s special night.
